Özlem Ergün-Çakır is admitted to the bar in Schleswig-Holstein, in Germany and specializes in guardianship law, medical law, care law, disability law and social law.

Moreover, thanks to her many years of practical experience in medical (surgical and nursing) patient care in major hospitals in Hamburg and the surrounding area, she draws on a wide range of experience in the performance of her attorney services. She not only incorporates her in-depth knowledge of medical care practices into the handling of cases, but also offers comprehensive and all-round support!

Since 2016 he has been registered at the Schleswig-Holstein Bar Association.

Her native language is German and she speaks Turkish fluently.

Dr. Gözde Hatipoğlu was born in Istanbul. She studied at Istanbul University Faculty of Law between 2008-2012 and graduated with high honor. Afterwards, she completed her master's degree in law in the private law program affiliated to Istanbul University Institute of Social Sciences and defended her master's thesis on "Early Performance in Consumer Law" in 2015 and graduated from this program with a summa cum laude degree.

She successfully completed her PhD education at Istanbul Bilgi University and successfully received the title of doctor in the field of civil law in 2021. Hatipoğlu, who wrote her doctoral thesis in the field of heirship with reserved shares, has also published several scientific works in Turkish and German.

Her native language is Turkish and she speaks fluent German and English.
